For products that are out of production, contact the BDF Digital Service Centre directly to check whether the repair is possible.

CNC TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

BDF Digital’s Customer Support Service, for the numerical control part, offers full support and promptly responds to all requests.
It is possible to:

- order a spare part, whether new or reconditioned, for our CNCs

Retrofitting
BDF Digital, always attentive to the quality of its products and to customer satisfaction, offers multiple Retrofit solutions to maintain the value of the investment in CNC products and to improve the plant for greater reliability, efficiency and safety.
From the most economical and limited, up to the complete Revamping of all components, we help our customers choose the most suitable numerical control: from the configuration of the CNC, to the porting service of the current PLC, all the way to commissioning, verification and calibration at the workshop to ensure lower production costs and less downtime.
TRAINING
Autonomy and continuous training in the world of INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION
Customer support and dedicated training guarantee success and a lasting relationship. We organise customised training courses to increase the autonomy of end users.
In fact, BDF Digital offers diversified training and refresher courses as required: from simply learning about the parametrisation phases of a particular product, all the way to the transfer of software libraries, making the user completely autonomous in terms of customisation and maintenance.
We provide training activities on:
- The software that allows the drives to be configured and used optimally via PC
- The hardware, from structure to operation
- Programming, using the Logiclab5 tool, to create different applications.
As for the field of numerical controls, in order to increase productivity and exploit their full potential, we offer training aimed at:
